Shipping

The patterns are digital files and as such will be delivery instantly via the email you provided. The orders of physical products such as safety eyes and plushies are dispatched from Australia (Queensland). Shipping as currently only available for AUS, EU, USA, UK, CN, JP.

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Processing will usually be much quicker, but a buffer is necessary for busy periods and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping times are dependent on the country of destination and the shipping company used. Delays after shipping are out of my control and as such, I cannot provide refunds unless the item is declared lost by the shipping provider.

Customs, Duties and Other Taxes

Orders are dispatched from AUS (QLD).

Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and other fees levied by your respective country. These charges are not included in the total order cost during checkout. Please check with your local customs office to understand the specific duties and taxes applicable to your order.

Return Policy

First of all, if you have any issues with your order please reach out to let me know and I will try my best to fix it. If I can't fix it or there was a mistake on my part, I will gladly refund you.

As for the return policy, you can return your purchased physical items any time within 14 days of receiving them. Your refund will be process once I have received the items back. Return shipping is to be arranged by you and the initial shipping cost will not be refunded. Additionally, you will need to contact me to let me know that you have begun the return process.

Refunds

Digital items such as patterns cannot be refunded. For physical items, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price if you decided to cancel your order before items are processed/shipped.
